Perhaps a full-on committee isn't necessary if we just start a Presentation Backlog on the Wiki?
"Committee" sounds complicated... I think Nick had something pretty informal in mind. Just a quick, hour-ish meetup over coffee.
We're phasing out the wiki, but we should roll the list of proposed talks into the new sdruby app.
