Hello All,
Yesterday I posted my notes on the way I was successful and I forgot one
critical thing.
Determination
You have to also have the determination to study, sometimes I worked 60-90
hour weeks and found it hard to study but I always made sure that when I
had time off work, I had even a sh
Is there any way to remove B-ACD from the running config, short of doing a
write erase? Trying to default my router back after practing B-ACD.
With these commands B-ACD is still present in the running-config.
ROUTER(config)#application
ROUTER(config-app)#no service app-b-acd-aa
ROUTER
Maybe a :
ROUTER(config)#application
ROUTER(config-app)# service default
To return it to default config?

I'm doing some PSTN routing to phones that are Unregistered to CallManager
(CFUR). I notice it takes CallManager about a minute to realize the phones
have un-registered after adding a null route at a branch.
Is there any timer/settings that would make CallManager kick in the CFUR
route faster?
My story to get my voice was like a funny movie. In the first attempt I
thought I got it cause I finished every task but like happens for most of
us I misread some stuff and fail.
In my second attempt my first daughter born one week before the lab, I
didn't practice a lot but for some reason I did
Jason,
I am thinking that the "Station KeepAlive Interval" and/or "Station and Backup
Server KeepAlive Interval" is playing a role in the behavior you are observing.
These are CallManager service parameters. By default, they are set to 30s and
60s, respectively.

Jason,
I just did a quick test in my lab where I dropped the default timers for the
two service parameters I referred to. It definitely changed the time it took
for CFUR to engage, as I expected it would. I dropped the values to 10s for
"Station KeepAlive Interval" and 20s for "Station and Back
Spot on. Thanks!

No it does not remove it.
I'm pretty sure a write erase is required. But was hoping for another way!

Hi,
Can anyone shed some light on what script steps would need to be completed to
achieve the below task?
While in queue the caller should hear a prompt indicating the number of people

Hugo,
As far as i know, it's an open book exam, which means, you should have
access to Tech Notes and other important documents (keeping in mind the
necessity of the exam) on cisco.com.
Specifically, not sure what you're looking for through that path?

Hi,
And Congratulations for your success.
In your previous email you mentioned 60-90 hour weeks as a token of your
determination.
Is it possible to give us some details of your weeks planning ?
