Run this to grab it all; there _will_ be a complete crypto/cms/
directory in there plus a cms.c tool sourcecode in apps/ :

I use openssl as a server to test SSL client of our comany. the SSL client
is a part of embedded system。

Given the coredump stack trace you provide, it looks like
ctx-cipher-do_cipher == NULL, while it should be a valid pointer to
a cypher-specific en/decrypt function (see evp_cipher_st typedef in
evp.h).
Please check with assert() or debugger if this member != NULL before
entering the decrypt

What you're asking is a very wide subject, so the best advice I can
give you is to purchase the O'Reilly book (Network Security with
OpenSSL). I don't know if there's a new (2nd, 3rd?) edition out (I got
it a long time ago) but even when you get the first edition, it's VERY
useful to learn the SSL
that I try to run the test or make test step of the install, I
received error 127 gcc command not found, and crypto error 1
Not sure why I am getting this errors and how to fix the problem?

was (ahem) 'cross-compiling' from a Win32 host platform to embedded
i86. That code is not useful here
right. Since you don't need anything more than just that, I think
