Michael, thanks for that. I am trying to think of anything in my system

Apart from the obvious of LMS updates and Spotty updates, all I can
think of is changing to pCP 3.5.0 a month ago. I wonder if it is

Thanks, received it - and it allowed me to access your music collection.

The following command will rip track 5 in WAV format and save it in a

You can use this command (i.e change 5 to whatever track you want to

don't think so.

The white noise only happens during buffering and before it starts to

I have changed another cd and I added the "CD - Text by" instead of raw

it still emitted white noise before playing for some tracks. For some

I run Squeezeboxserver at rpi board. When I click to play a track, it

a loud and short white noise before it plays.
Is there a way to prevent the white noise from coming out?

cdda2wav vs icedax seems to be result of a falling out between

My apology creating redundant post and thank you very much for fast

For theplugin to work it has to use icedax/cdda2wav and have access to
the cd drive hardware.
1. Since you have installed icedax - have you changed the plugin to use
icedax instead of cdda2wav - if so how did you do it ?
2. Have you given the userid which runs LMS permission to access icedax,
