In the grass folder of processing there is a file explaining the
syntax, for GRASS algorithm. It is the same syntax for SAGA, so you
can follow that doc

QT Designer again, you may see the problem again. Running pyrcc4 will be
necessary.

sorry for the late answer.
it seems that without choosing a folder the "/shapename" with the "/" is
automatically added..

the trouble began with an updating of debian than with some attempts
writing the make file, all is working..

don't know what I have done, but I've configured and generated the make
file again and I was able to compile the dev version.
@Sandro: the libgeos-dev was already installed
