If this is a non-root pool which is not available at boot, then you should do
this:
sudo zpool set cachefile=none POOL
That will inhibit the creation of a zpool.cache file for that pool.

Hi,
this was reported by an early tester of OVS 2.6 / DPDK 16.07 packages in
yakkety.
TL;DR
- the old --vhost-owner --vhost-perm seem no more to be passed to the DPDK
commandline
- OVS complains about ovs-vswitchd: unrecognized option '--vhost-owner'

No need to change dpdk identified yet, setting to incomplete for now.

Initial investigation: There seems to be a blocking of task by blink scheduler
because of prioritization of other task. So this may be result of side effect
of blink scheduler policy.
Need to check more before any conclusion.
I get this log on console thrown by blink scheduler while scrolling on
