a program e.g firefox setup 8.0.
then go to properties and go to compatibility tab and check the check

disabled children but also the care takers of disabled dependent.  My 
question is whether a Visually Impaired incummbent is eligible to avil both

As desired step-wise procedure is stated below:
1. Visit the BSNL portal and login into your account.
2. Select Landline Payments link
3.  CLICK FOR INDIVIDUAL LANDLINE/WIMAX/FTTH BILL PAYMENTS
4. View / Pay OUTSTANDING BILLS
5. Select the circle to which your connection belong from the combo box.
6. After selecting the circle and pressing Tab, the web page shall refresh and 
show the outstanding bills (outstanding bill will be presented in a table).
In case no landline is selected or no new bill is available then a link :Do You 
want to add an Account ?: shall appear. You can enrol new account by clicking 
on this link
7. In case table appears then click on the relevant invoice number link and a 
bill shall be displayed. At the bottom of this bill a Pay button will be 
there.
8. Click on the Pay button and you will be taken to a standard payment page 
where payment options  like net banking, credit card, debit card shall be shown.
9. After selecting appropriate choice you can proceed as you do at any other 
site.

fully touch screen. On a single tap, it just reads the menu item and on
touble tab, it activates. 

It will be much fun to use. Initially, you may find it little difficult.

The Selfcare site of BSNL is a very slow site as it is directly connected 
to SAP server of BSNL. It normally takes 10 minutes to open during day

very good site as a lot of BSNL jobs can be accomplished but it is equally 
bad from VI perspective. I am using another website for making online 
payment of BSNL bills. It's the same site to which Bhawaniji was referring 
in a previous email (http://portal.bsnl.in/). One needs to create a free 
account and register the landline phone number to it. Subsequently one can 
pay the bills online. In case you provide your mobile number and subscribe 
to SMS alerts then the website shall send you the SMS regarding posting of 
bill, reminder about payment of bill and receipt of payment etc. It's a 
good site. I normally seek sighted assistance towards the end of payment 
cycle when some characters needs to be inputted based on a graphics image.


In fact in order to work on Selfcare sight I normally ask my sighted 
colleague to open it on his computer and perform the activities on my 
behalf. Any tips for helping me to work on selfcare independently shall be 
highly appreciated.

Due to my ill health and heavy load in the work place, I was not able
to reply to this thread. My problem is not yet solved. In fact I was
not been able to try some of the possible solutions suggested. But any
way, thanks to all of you. But friends, please provide your phone

running out of my time and not been able to reply to the suggestions

(class hours). I am not against windows 7 but I do not have needed
time for migrating to it. I also want to tell you one thing, the
lenovo technical team has closed my case and sent me a message to
inform the same without solving the problem. What a worst kind of

I want to tell you one thing, that engineer was a junior and a trainee
and myself I explained many things to him. Yes I have given up the
idea of upgrading bios. But tell me one thing, bios is a firmware
update. Can we uninstall that with system restore which seems to be
software maintenance tool?

and such things are necessary to give clear ideas in order to solve
these difficult problems. Thank you for the info that I am not the
only person facing it. But let it help me in getting the right
solution.
I downloaded the proper drivers from lenovo site itself. The drivers
are said to be compatible with XP. Moreover, I also downloaded the
latest driver from realtek site which is updated only one month ago. I
am currently running win XP SP2. Now I have to check with SP3 which is
the latest service pack for XP. Should I install any other patch in
addition to SP3?
Yes it may be the result of a wrong soundcard circuitries since I have
onboard soundcard. But I think its expensive to buy an extra sound
card only to test this issue.
RAM: I have 4GB of RAM which is a single chip. So no way can I remove
one chip in order to test. Also, being a visually impaired its
difficult for me to open the case and do all those checkups.
Audio latency: I have downloaded DPC Latency Checker and I have to
test my machine with it. Due to problems I mentioned earlier, I am not
been able to do all those things in time. But I have one doubt about
it, if I disable my sound device, its more likely to show no latency.
But then what would be the solution since I cannot work without sound
device? Any way, it’s a good programme and I use it and get the
results.
BIOS: many people guard me against installing BIOS update. I am also
skeptic about it because we cannot uninstall BIOS update once
installed.
Virus: no way it’s the virus effect. Because it’s a new machine and
blank hard disk. It has nothing except OS, drivers, jaws and few audio
files to check audio output. I have not even formatted drives other
than system drive.
Win 7:
I am not against win7. But I need time learn and adjust to interface
and also to change the versions of my applications to suit with new OS
which I do not have now. Even I have many jaws settings files and
scripts.

should I re-format my system for installing SP3? Won’t it available in

 window7 you will surely love it. In essential situations as i face with

Yusuf bhai, I can not recall the exact steps. But tri this. After typing the 
source station name, press enter on the link just below the form feeld. a 
new windo will open containing the names of matching stations with there 
station code. Press enter on the desire station name and then you will see 
that the station has appeared in the textbox. Do the same for destination 
station also.

My name is Mujtaba Merchant single male aged 35. I live in Bangalore India. 
Lost my eyesight recently just before my 35th Birthday, that makes me a late 
blind. Before which I have worked for more than 12 years in the Information 
Technologies and Knowledge Process Outsourcing Industries in the capacity of 
Human Resources and Operations. I am currently at home and learning the ropes 
to be able to successfully live as a blind. I am undergoing training at Enable 
India which is a training institute based out of Bangalore and they help 
visually impaired students to equip themselves with computer and life skills 
for suitable employment opportunities in the future.

During my career, I have also worked with start up companies and effectively 
contributed in helping them with their strategy in identifying new business, 
managing client relationships, hiring and retaining their talent. I have 
contributed in re-branding, identifying markets, defining processes, business 
development, market analysis (MI) and the likes.

Now, I am planning to look for work from home opportunities or partner with a 
corporate for eligible jobs accordingly. Before losing my sight I had many 
interests and hobbies, music and movies were my passion. I also write poetry 
whenever I get the chance fortunately I have digitalized some of it which I can 
share with group members if they like. I was also really good at art in 
different forms like sketching, painting, modeling crafts etc. My favourite 
sports were snooker and football. I am a technology freak and was a avid video 
gamer. Biking was my first love and I travelled many places around Bangalore on 
my bike like Mysore and Coorg. I also love nature and sight seeing, I indulged 
in many expeditions to wild life locations. have travelled to the countries in 
Middle East and Europe namely, Muscat, Dubai, Kuwait, Saudi, Italy, London, 
Scotland and shortly to Thailand.

After losing my sight I feel very grounded to my room and my computer. I lost 
my right eye due to Glaucoma and recently my left eye due to a Central Retinal 
Artery Occlusion if simply put known as a blood clot in the main vein that 
supplies blood to the eye. Now I travel the world through the computer. I also 
write reviews and some supporting documents on products, I have put a lot of 
material together after becoming blind that can help more visually impaired 
friends. Please connect with me if you are interested in knowing more about 
them. I have made many friends on Inclusive Planet and helped them with some 
applications and understanding of some popular sites like facebook from a 
sighted point of view. 

I enjoy food to a great extent, earlier I used to visit and experience any new 
restaurant with friends or family. My favourite cusine is Italian and 
Mongolian, not that I do not enjoy Indian food. Fast Food like Pizza and 
Burgers are my weakness. My Mom is a great cook and I enjoy anything she cooks. 
Fried Ladies Finger, Tomato Key Chuttney, Dal Fry, Ghee Rice, Lassi are a die 
for my taste buds. I also enjoy going out with friends to pubs and having a 
great time dancing and glugging as much beer as possible, please note this has 
not been the trend after losing my sight. I have 2 pet cats and also indulge in 
some plants that I maintain in my house. Enough said, I am sure that I would 
have put many to sleep with this introduction. To compensate below is a really

 Retinal Artery Occlusion if simply put known as a blood clot in the main
 vein that supplies blood to the eye. Now I travel the world through the
 computer. I also write reviews and some supporting documents on products, I
 have put a lot of material together after becoming blind that can help more
 visually impaired friends. Please connect with me if you are interested in
 knowing more about them. I have made many friends on Inclusive Planet and
 helped them with some applications and understanding of some popular sites
 like facebook from a sighted point of view.

 I enjoy food to a great extent, earlier I used to visit and experience any
 new restaurant with friends or family. My favourite cusine is Italian and
 Mongolian, not that I do not enjoy Indian food. Fast Food like Pizza and
 Burgers are my weakness. My Mom is a great cook and I enjoy anything she

Hi Umesha sir as per our conversation I check the version of my
windows its service pack 2. what happened in afternoon, I thought to
restore my system to an erlier date, first of all I restored it to
20th  of November, but even restoring it, the problem was still there,
but again I restored the windows to 15th of november, my system took
restart, since then till now it is working properly. I am unable to
understand that whats the problem, I think its not the permanent
solution, we will have to do something to tackle this issue. I have
registered the complaint to technical team hope they will visit me,
but what they can do if they are having such profile. If the issue
will not be resolved I am thinking to go to consumer court as one of
my friend is an advocate. I am raising this point here because of the
fact on the basis of suggestion made by technical team, they told me
that with windows 7 it work fine, I argued with them since the machine
came with free dos, it is apparent that machine should be compatible
with any os and it should run with all versions of windows. Lets see
what happens.

and if you are disabled then you get the benefit of 80U . In such a case

Dear Yusuf Bhai,

The Selfcare site of BSNL is a very slow site as it is directly connected 
to SAP server of BSNL. It normally takes 10 minutes to open during day 
time. Some people have indicated that this site opens fast during early 
hours because number of people logged on is limited. Personally it is  a 
very good site as a lot of BSNL jobs can be accomplished but it is 
equally bad from VI perspective. I am using another website for making 
online payment of BSNL bills. It's the same site to which Bhawaniji was 
referring in a previous email (http://portal.bsnl.in/). One needs to 
create a free account and register the landline phone number to it. 
Subsequently one can pay the bills online. In case you provide your 
mobile number and subscribe to SMS alerts then the website shall send you 
the SMS regarding posting of bill, reminder about payment of bill and 
receipt of payment etc. It's a good site. I normally seek sighted 
assistance towards the end of payment cycle when some characters needs to 
be inputted based on a graphics image.


In fact in order to work on Selfcare sight I normally ask my sighted 
colleague to open it on his computer and perform the activities on my 
behalf. Any tips for helping me to work on selfcare independently shall 
be highly appreciated.

My name is Mujtaba Merchant single male aged 35. I live in Bangalore 
India. Lost my eyesight recently just before my 35th Birthday, that makes 
me a late blind. Before which I have worked for more than 12 years in the 
Information Technologies and Knowledge Process Outsourcing Industries in 
the capacity of Human Resources and Operations. I am currently at home and 
learning the ropes to be able to successfully live as a blind. I am 
undergoing training at Enable India which is a training institute based 
out of Bangalore and they help visually impaired students to equip 
themselves with computer and life skills for suitable employment 
opportunities in the future.


During my career, I have also worked with start up companies and 
effectively contributed in helping them with their strategy in identifying 
new business, managing client relationships, hiring and retaining their 
talent. I have contributed in re-branding, identifying markets, defining 
processes, business development, market analysis (MI) and the likes.


Now, I am planning to look for work from home opportunities or partner 
with a corporate for eligible jobs accordingly. Before losing my sight I 
had many interests and hobbies, music and movies were my passion. I also 
write poetry whenever I get the chance fortunately I have digitalized some 
of it which I can share with group members if they like. I was also really 
good at art in different forms like sketching, painting, modeling crafts 
etc. My favourite sports were snooker and football. I am a technology 
freak and was a avid video gamer. Biking was my first love and I travelled 
many places around Bangalore on my bike like Mysore and Coorg. I also love 
nature and sight seeing, I indulged in many expeditions to wild life 
locations. have travelled to the countries in Middle East and Europe 
namely, Muscat, Dubai, Kuwait, Saudi, Italy, London, Scotland and shortly 
to Thailand.


After losing my sight I feel very grounded to my room and my computer. I 
lost my right eye due to Glaucoma and recently my left eye due to a 
Central Retinal Artery Occlusion if simply put known as a blood clot in 
the main vein that supplies blood to the eye. Now I travel the world 
through the computer. I also write reviews and some supporting documents 
on products, I have put a lot of material together after becoming blind 
that can help more visually impaired friends. Please connect with me if 
you are interested in knowing more about them. I have made many friends on 
Inclusive Planet and helped them with some applications and understanding 
of some popular sites like facebook from a sighted point of view.


I enjoy food to a great extent, earlier I used to visit and experience any 
new restaurant with friends or family. My favourite cusine is Italian and 
Mongolian, not that I do not enjoy Indian food. Fast Food like Pizza and 
Burgers are my weakness. My Mom is a great cook and I enjoy anything she 
cooks. Fried Ladies Finger, Tomato Key Chuttney, Dal Fry, Ghee Rice, Lassi 
are a die for my taste buds. I also enjoy going out with friends to pubs 
and having a great time dancing and glugging as much beer as possible, 
please note this has not been the trend after losing my sight. I have 2 
pet cats and also indulge in some plants that I maintain in my house. 
Enough said, I am sure that I would have put many to sleep with this

Hi all,

I have an excel sheet with the details of my contacts from all across the 
country. The sheet has two columns - District and State. The state column is a 
dropdown list and I want to make the District column also a dropdown list. My 
requirement is that when I select one state, the list of districts falling in 
that state only should appear in the dropdown in District column.

Suppose, my states are listed in Az65117 to AZ6550 and in next column all the 
districts of India.
 My state column with the dropdown list is Q and district column is O.
Can you give me the formula with description to achieve this in Excel?
