A couple of notes from my conversation - The Footprints product line is a nice extension of what BMC does but is not an overlap. The Track-it product line is a small business version of what BMC does now with their current ITSM offerings. They did pick up a lot of staff experienced in developing/selling/implementing ITSM solutions. My guess, not my contact's words, is that staff will be taught the other product lines and they will be integrated in to future version of what BMC offers overall. Removing the KB2509553 security update and rebooting solved the problem immediately, with the ARS service starting normally. The only other AR server that I had applied this patch (and all of the others) to was the Staging Server (Windows 2003 R2 x64 with ARS 7.6.04 CMDB 2.1.00.02 and ITSM 7.0.03.009 etc.), and it has a local SQL Server hosting the db so it was not affected. Site company relationship issue 7.6
2008 server, 7.6 I noticed in my drop down boxes for site, I rarely are populated. Only 2 sites appear out of 118 sites. I can't ask our developer " long time friend" because we just ran out of hours on the contract yesterday. I can't change the Alias field to Primary because the Demo user doesn't have access.
