Most hand-helds have RDP client apps available that can be used to remote
control a PC that accesses ITSM. These apps have varying degrees of
friendliness and are generally not recommended, but you might want to check
it out.

 Hello Everyone!

 New Year Greeting!

My client want to access ITSM application from mobiles for critical

How could this be possible ? I tried accessing mid tier URL from mobile
browser but its not compatible enough and throws numerous strange error. Do
I need to build a separate API code for this or is there any easy method
 available ?

We thought of using BMC Mobility but client does want to spent so much
 money to implement it.

Happy new year to you James!

Rapid Technologies has a new mobile web solution designed for end users -
rMobility. See http://www.raptek.com/rmobility/

It is focused on being a lightweight way to view, update or create requests.
Emphasis on simplicity for end users, so it's not aimed at being a full
function mobile solution for IT support technicians.

Right now approvals are not included although that is a feature we are
considering.

I think you will find the pricing is more favorable than other more
full-featured solutions. If you're interested contact Raptek sales at
i...@raptek.com or http://www.raptek.com/about/#footer

Thanks,
Davin

We have a 30-minute webinar coming up on the 28th
(http://www.raptek.com/webinars/) and offer a free pilot program (allowing your
customer to try the software with their system free for a limited time). There
are a few static screenshots on the web site but no video at this time.

Contact i...@raptek.com for details on the pilot or webinar.

Thanks,
Davin

What version are they on. ITSM 8.1 has extended to approval to emails that may
be able to use mobile devices for doing the approval.
