James: Most hand-helds have RDP client apps available that can be used to remote control a PC that accesses ITSM. These apps have varying degrees of friendliness and are generally not recommended, but you might want to check it out. See http://www.raptek.com/rmobility/ It is focused on being a lightweight way to view, update or create requests. Emphasis on simplicity for end users, so it's not aimed at being a full function mobile solution for IT support technicians. What version are they on.
