While I didn't pay to get stuff in this game, I do believe that if the game goes down, the people who payed should be refunded or something. I mean, it sucks that you pay for something, and the next thing you know, what you payed for is gone. Its kind of getting ripped off, in a way. If the game does die and gets taken down, the people who payed should atleast get something for it. I mean, they payed to help support the game, maintain the server... I dunno really; but people who invested money in this game are going to feel ripped off if it goes down.

@351, that's... wa over-complicated. There's no need to mess around in sysfs or to create systemd units (which if done wrong can mess up your system and require a rescue). You need to look for the simple solutions and give them here, dude, instead of giving people over-complicated solutions that risk their systems in the manner 351 does. In 351's case, if someone incorrectly created a unit file it could freeze the boot process or stall it for up to 2 minutes (freezing the boot process is a much more likely scenario though). And messing with the startup settings and creating infinite loops can cause other problems. Next time, suggest better solutions instead of making people do ridiculously over-complicated procedures for tasks that can be majorly simplified.A much, much simpler solution is to go into terminal and do:xset -display :0.0 dpms force offAnd to turn it back on:xset -display :0.0 dpms force onIf either of those don't work, try this:xrandr -qLook for your monitor name (e.g.: DFP1, CRT1, ...). Yeah, I checked the wiki and it sounds like combat for this one is super fast, and will require basically programming an entirely custom interface or really heavy low spam modes on the part of the developers to be accessible. It'd be great if someone comes up with that, but as it stands it just sounds like a frustrating experience, especially given that the rest of the game sounds so good.Shame there can't be an active time system like flexible survival, or just a way to make combat a bit slower so it's actually possible without major amounts of programming.

Anyone have any tips for aiming during combat, and specifically dealing with human opponents? I just watched Brandon's stream for the part I'm stuck at and it looks so seamless, yet I can't seem to get the targetting retical to trigger for the life of me. IF I want maximum lock on strength and aim assist on it should be set to 10 right?Edit: I just discovered the joys of autotarget. That definitely makes it easier to deal with enemies.. but I wouldn't mind getting good at aiming without that option on. Still open to tips for regular lock on aiming if anyone has any!

Not pretending to know what you're going through, since everyone's situation and condition is different, but I hear you on the uncertainty of the next tests.  I'll say that I won't forget the day when mine called me to tell me she had breast cancer.  I was standing in a driveway at a jobsite when she called.  Those hospital stays, struggles, seeing your wife like that, man there were so many emotions going through me.  Seeing as how we're on a gaming message board, I'll say that we had some long nights of playing Mario Odyssey during her recovery, and I'm thankful for that game.  Now that I think about it, I can look back at certain points in my life, and can correlate games that had impact on me during some of the tougher times.  Like I said, I can't relate to whatever happened, but I definitely hear you.

Hi everyone.I'm curious to know if studio one is accessible. Has anyone had any experience with it? I know that reaper works and has a lot to offer in terms of accessibility thanks to OSARA, but it's not very well known at least where I live, where everyone uses Steinberg cubase and other daws like that. Well, the highest limit I was ever upgraded to was 1500 dollars. Which kind of annoys me. My bank also gave me a lower limit than that. I actually missed out on good deals because I had to draw from my savings account and wait for my money to clear to my checking account  because the website would only accept credit/debet cards and my credit limit wasn't high enough to make a purchase, and was denied financing.On cards, someone who travel it can be worth a travel card. Those  offer stuff like travel insurance, cancel insurance, and bonuses that can be used for travel etc, also all such cards lack a foreign exchange fee.

The game devides the destination HP by 30. Then, it calculates square root of it and carries up to integer. This is done for each point; if you're trying to upgrade to 110 from 100, it happens 10 times. The game no longer calculates based on the hp before upgrading; the value used during the calculation change accordingly.

@Muhammad  and Gorilla, thanks for the good wishes. Bare in mind when I say "recovering", here I sort of mean, that her last scan was negative, the side effects from the radio therapy are still slowly fading, and she's having trouble with anxiety and worries that the thing might or might not come back. This is part of the reason I've not exactly been diligent with the weekly updates recently, since things have honestly been quite difficult, heck, I've not really had the heart to even do much gaming, albeit hopefully things are improving somewhat now, and I'm at least getting back to games. Sorry to slightly derail Brad's topic there.

@Bookrage, advanced crafting skills are basically what they sound like, simply advanced versions of the normal skils that let you collect resources faster, have a higher chance of getting more resources with each action, or, for the crafting skills, can craft legendary items with more rune slots, capacity etc. they're a nice thing to work towards, but at this point don't change the over all crafting process. then again, since more precious mining ores were recently added, and likely more crafting options will come in the future, this is probably just a step along the way. Btw, I also noticed the d20 starwars mud in This topic, has crafting as well, including resource collection, though what can be crafted and how far it goes I'm not sure, still a scifi mud with crafting is always an interesting idea, albeit I found that one a little harder to get into.

Yeah, I checked the wiki and it sounds like combat for this one is super fast, and will require basically programming an entirely a custom interface or really heavy low spam modes on the part of the developers to be accessible. It'd be great if someone comes up with that, but as it stands it just sounds like a frustrating experience, especially given that the rest of the game sounds so good.Shame there can't be an active time system like flexible survival, or just a way to make combat a bit slower so it's actually possible without major amounts of programming.

Hmmm, thought I already replied to this, but wow, it's awesome! I really liked the original Komandoh, but slightly lost interest after I got all of the parts and built a deck. i like that combat here is a good bit more tactical, and that it's not all determined by ring outs the way the original game was, the multi deck battles are also I think a favourite, though I've yet to completely sort how the parts, levelling and strategy works, EG I mistakenly changed my base on one deck, and it's level suddenly went from 7 to 2, still it's easy enough to get back there. I've also not unlocked painting or part fusion yet and am looking forward to seeing how they work. All in all, fantastic game and a great update to the original. My only miner comment is, I wish the graphics were a bit bigger or that the game would full screen, since when I tried the graphics, they displayed in a tiny window and didn't really give much of a hint of what was going on unfortunately, so I'm pretty much just playing with the audio, but hay, the same is true for most audiogames anyway.

Hello.recently, conquest mud was brought back online to the joys of many people. if you haven't played it before, it's a fantasy mud with full focus on dueling combat, crafting, and dungeon crafting/raiding. Combat isn't automatic, and the timing of defensive bonuses, attacks,a nd counters is key to not getting wrecked against monsters, or players if you're into duels. the main draw of the game is the lair system. on the world map, dungeons appear loaded with treasures and dangerous mobiles to slay in a group or solo (You can even craft golem companions to fight with you along with hiring mercenaries). Along with this, players can build their own dungeon lairs, and populate it with traps, monsters captured from other dungeons or in the wild, and with treasures for other players and npc's to try to loot. it's actually important to offer some sort of reward in some spots of a dungeon to attract npc's and players to it. The more people that visit your dungeon, the faster other, more valuable treasure you have in harder to fight to locations can upgrade. You need to provide incentive for people to raid your dungeon, while keeping stuff you want to upgrade safe from these players.The issue I'm having right now is that the game requires one to react and respond to many prompts within battle. Especially with a lot of timing based combat styles, like halberds more defensive options, and appropriately countering parry and defensive upgrade attempts, there's a lot to keep track that gets lost inn combat spam. I've been trying to resolve this by creating sound and response triggers to certain events, but it's a bit slow going as I plod through. I'm curious if there was ever a trigger/soundpack for this mud? I know some people from this community played it a lot back in 2017 before it went down. there's probably more thing sto include later in the game that also needs to be accounted for, and I'm just starting out. the afflictions of certain physical status effects, and just not noticing I should be sundering someone putting up a guard and parry does result in epic fails at times, heh.

numberr 12, there is a slight difference in sound when the enemy attacks you and when you attack. The enemy attack sound is slightly lower pitched than your attack sound.

Aaron, what I did was power level my first deck until I reached blue rank. then spent all my money on blue and green parts, built a couple more decks, then triple fought the first and second ranks until they were leveled up enough, then just smashed my way to red. I'm not entirely sure what weight does, but if I had to guess it would make it harder to get blown back by attacks. Speed seems to increase how fast you recover to attack again. High speed means you can just push your enemy across the ring and hopefully get a ring out, which OMFG, super satisfying to get one on the evasion tops.   It'd be really cool if we could get  a definitive answer on what weight is good for. I just got a glass body, and it has a weight of 9, which seems pretty impressive, but I just don't know what it means really.

You should now be able to decode in parallel in Python using from_stream as of 0.6.4.  I didn't test it heavily, and also Cython makes releasing the gil rather not fun, so if there's issues let me know.Synthizer will eventually offer functionality to do parallel decoding without writing/using your own thread pool, but that won't happen until after reverb/HRTF improvements and maybe not until after a couple other things.was hoping to have other stuff this weekend, but doesn't look like I'm going to have the time.  Noise generators will drop soon, which are mostly useless at the moment, but I needed to write all the internals for them because it's part of how Reverb will work.  The big two outstanding things are reverb and HRTF improvements, both of which are going to take decent chunks of time and which are slowly mutating into "let's use Ambisonics, that's the best plan ever", so I'll probably go quiet for a while while I lay the groundwork for that.If anyone knows of a 7.1 surround sound system that I can easily set up only when I need it, I'm looking to get one for surround sound support.  Figure if I get all the speakers on stands or something, I can store it somewhere when I'm not doing Synthizer development.

RTs automatically runs MTS-launcher.jar, so I think the issue is that none of the mods are being selected.Regarding content mods, I feel like the downfall expansion is the best one to start with, as it introduces characters that already part of the game, so players should already have an idea on how to play them since they face them regularly.I'm pretty sure that mod's developers are active on the Discord, too, since it just recently dropped.Most of its characters are almost 100% accessible (excluding hexaghost,) but the downfall mode where you play as a servant of the heart is completely unplayable because TTS is unable to move through the map.HTH

I'm pulling as soon as I hear a ping, and am doing it successfully with each ping, and doing my best to pull when I hear the ping, even during the gaps. Sometimes I pull the cord and it doesn't turn over, so I simply listen for the next ping and try again. Hope this gives you a bit more of an idea.

The fact that there are no actual demonstrations from the OP, and considering experiences outlined in 28, it really seems like the OP is really blowing what they can do out of proportion. Breaking a sound system as bad as Exodus claimed. that's... very hard to do and makes me wonder if the developer even knows how to work with audio systems. Not even code I write that works with audio has ever produced a broken experience like that... though I can see how you could break it that bad if your hand-writing an audio system, which is almost never a good idea. OP, if you want to be taken seriously, please cut out the BS and actually provide us some proof that what you can do is actually doable without any vision. If the 3D viewer is as broken as Exodus claimed then it really sounds like the devs have no idea how to work with a GPU either (which is just... not good).

I would like to try this again, and may do so.Looking at the destinations guide a few years ago, I was intrigued by it.I tried it, but I needed a lot of help initially. I did figure some things out, but I never could find my way around some of the places I really wanted to go. It was Christmas time when I tried it, and I wanted to visit the markets, go on a sleigh ride, etc. I also would have loved to work at a nonprofit, and be something like a wildlife rehabilitator or animal caregiver.I am glad to know clothing accessibility has improved, because I do remember not being able to clothe myself. In fact, i was on the first island and had no idea I was naked. Entertaining, but not the look I was going for, lol.I believe the only way to improve accessibility is to keep working at it, so I may give this one another try.

think I found a bug. I was able to get all the prizzenor's out, and after I delivered the cekend group to the door I went back and got the sword. After I used the magic line to move it away from the pit I grabbed it and ran for the door. After I got in the door the gaim said I failed. I'm not sure how I failed since I was able to get through the door after everyone else. Did getting the sword cause some kind of bug?

You might want to consider looking at that, since that way you could order better things, and so not need to resort to takeaway as often, which might help.
