-moz-border-radius, which will be replaced by official border-radius in
CSS3, is specified in debian.css for Gecko to render rounded corners.
-webkit-border-radius does so for WebKit. Could you please approve me
to commit the attached patch adding the -webkit-border-radius line?

Although fop switched to use openjdk-6-jdk instead of java-gcj-compat-dev and also changed some more dependencies in version 1:0.95.dfsg-1, some items in Depends still remains old. Package: libgettext-ruby1.8 Version: 1.91.0-2 Severity: important Hi Tatsuki, Although rgettext, rmsgfmt, and rmsgmerge are shipped as binary programs in bin in the source package, they are strangely installed under /usr/lib/ruby/1.8/gettext. Since the permissions are automatically fixed, this may not violate the Debian Policy and may not be a release-critical issue. ;-) However, this affects usability. It would be better if we can see these bugs fixed in lenny. Note that when you move those programs to /usr/bin, please change their shebang lines to "#!/usr/bin/ruby1.8". Also, it would be good to use /usr/share/ruby-pkg-tools/1/class/ruby-setup-rb.mk in ruby-pkg-tools for handling setup.rb easily. Since this will make the change larger, it would be good to do the switch in post-lenny. Obviously, the default setting uses a cdb-style dictionary in the
skkdic-cdb package. However, the skksearch package depends on
`skkdic-cdb | skkdic | skkdic-extra'. So, users must edit
/etc/skksearch.conf if they choose to install other dictionary packages
than skkdic-cdb.
Of course, this is a petty problem; users just tweak the configuration
file to use other dictionary data. However, it would be better if we
can provide default settings based on installed dictionary packages. I
am considering to make an improvement described as follows, which makes
the situation better:
* skksearch reads configuration files in /etc/skksearch.conf.d (in a way
similary to how run-parts works) instead of /etc/skksearch.conf.
* skkdic{,-cdb,-extra} installs configuration files to that directory.
(I had noticed this issue for a long time and intended to make an
improvement some time, but the priority had been so low. I thank to
Kenshi Muto (kmuto) for pointing out the issue and giving a suggestion
to resolve the problem via IRC. The discussion with him (in Japanese)
is attached to this report.)

here I provide a patch to just drop support for older "x.x.x" style
numbering from both the regular expression and the description.

Only one minor problem that I've found is that I find my translation for a word "Japanese" as the description for a tag "culture::japanese" in http://packages.debian.net/sid/skkdic although I did not translate that word in debtags.ja.po yet; the translation for "Japanese" in langs.ja.po was used where that in debtags.ja.po should be (Since I have already translated that word in debtags.ja.po, I cannot reproduce the situation above now, but this issue can be seen in such as http://packages.debian.net/sid/skkdic?lang=fi ). If webkit provides some browser like iceweasel does, that section would be appropriate. However, webkit actually provides a rendering engine and other tools such as epiphany-browser and liferea use it. So, IMHO it is good to categorize webkit into "devel" or "libs", like xulrunner categorized into "devel". I think packages in e.g. "devel" and "libs" may get higher priority when built with the buildd network and it prevents dependent packages from waiting so long, but I'm not sure. This is just a wishlist and if it's not a good idea, please close it. Hi Daniel, Although Japanese HTML documentation has been included in the source package of aptitude for about one year, aptitude-doc-ja binary package has not yet been created. Since I know that addition of a binary package forces the source package to pass the NEW queue, I don't intend to hasten you. :-) Yes, in making a decision on the package upload schedule, Debian's release schedule and the package upload schedule of apt are much more important than adding a translation package for a language. But if you can find a good timing (e.g. adding a -dbg package as wished in Bug#448884), could you please consider adding aptitude-doc-ja? P.S. I'd love to restart Japanese translation works for ja.po and doc/ja within this year (Currently I have some other things to do...). Package: kazehakase Version: 0.4.2-1 Severity: minor Tags: patch Hi, Although other Gecko-based web browsers such as Iceweasel and Epiphany are fully supported by Google's Gmail, the packaged version of Kazehakase is "not supported". Users of Kazehakase with the default UA setting would see a "basic HTML view" of the Gmail service and told to access with fully-supported browsers to use all of Gmail's features, as shown in a help page[1]. Of course, Kazehakase is as well supported as other Gecko-based web browsers and users of Kazehakase can use all of Gmail's features when they access with proper UA settings. Although the UA setting can be modified by users individually, it would be nice to modify the default setting to make the browser accepted by Gmail. Here is a patch to do so, retrieved from revision 3230 of the upstream repository. Although this change is a part of improvements in Kazehakase 0.4.9, it is a very minor but effective tweak and should be applied to the source before that version. Yes, I know that. However, msgfmt warns if a translation start with
"\n" although the corresponding original text does not start with
"\n". So, I use " " for level names.

No, it is not a stupid question. :-) We use both left-to-right and
top-to-bottom formats. Textbooks for mathematics, science,
engineering, and social studies, short messages, and reports usually
use the left-to-right format. Newspapers, novels, and textbooks for
the Japanese language usually use the top-to-bottom format. On the
computer screen, we usually use the left-to-right format.

Since this game uses spaces in messages in a special way, for line breaks and paragraph breaks, I had to test and check the displayed messages locally before sending the translation as a bug report.
