[Gimp-user] I can't find the file that has the size of preview images in dialogs...
I was told where to set the dimensions of the preview window and I set it too big and now I forgot where I set it and I want to set the size of the preview smaller. It's in an .ini or *rc file somewhere but I can't find it. Could someone tell me where that file is? [Gimp-user] Security issue
I installed Gimp for the first time this week. Subsequently, Secunia PSI alerted me that the version of GTK + (2.16.6) installed with Gimp is insecure. The GTK web site identifies the current version as 2.18. Is there any way to replace the version installed by Gimp with the latest one? [Gimp-user] Is the a Gimp version that works with the new version of Apple X 11 ?
I have mac OS X 10.4.11 . I downloaded the appropriate version but it won't work with the new version of X 11. I called apple and they said I can't re-install the old version . If there anything I can do to make Gimp for me. I would love to make a donation if it will work for me . Gimp should take time to index the fonts only once then process should be much quicker Anyay I use a font manager to organize font in separate folders, so i have a very little group as installed font , that i always load, and in a different place lot of specific fonts groups "Celtique" Gothic" Art deco" and so on and on ... Gimp wiki is still offline but i remember well that somebody advice that was always possible get the same page from a mirror somewhere The problem is that i can't find the mirror, searching didn't helped me. Skin retouching? Quick editing of holiday pictures? Text, video, picture, book, blog etc. based tutorials? Some more information could be useful. For a general introduction from the basics up to more advanced things I can recommend www.meetthegimp.org. You will find lots of videos.
