Jerry, Well, now it sounds more like you’re real problem is your Internet connectivity. That certainly sounds like the reason you are having intermittent connection issues. Rather than contacting your mail client, you might want to be talking to whoever provides your broadband Internet connection. OK Tom. Some email accounts require that you set them up manually. Comcast is one of these. Lenny, As long as the email account that you are trying to create the rule for is a POP3 account you can create rules in WLM for it. WLM will not allow rules for IMAP or http E mail accounts however.
