Perhaps you are confused by user error issues. In the code shared with Legacy 8 there are less bugs in Legacy 9. Jill, there was a problem with clicking Add a child after the Creators Update of Windows 10. The fixes to that caused some other problems. Most of these have been fixed in both Legacy 8 and 9. It's when I click on Tech Support that a new web page opens but nothing loads, it just remains blank. I've closed Legacy and rebooted my computer several times and I've opened different family trees, and they all have the same problem. If this were me, the first thing I would do is to close Legacy down and then reboot my computer. Sometimes doing this will set things right.
