https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=75702 --- Comment #3 from sylv...@ilm-informatique.fr --- Hi, sorry if I wasn't clear, the bug is ignoring the XML element text:line-break/. https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=75467 --- Comment #9 from osnola alo...@loria.fr --- Hello, I also failed to reproduce this behavior with OSX 10.9.2 and LibreOffice 4.3 (home compiled). But it can interesting to see what have been added in the resource fork, - either by using terminal and typing: DeRez blank.doc if you have installed the developer tools - or by first zipping the file blank.doc (to conserve the resource fork) and then attaching it. Note: - if this happens before opening the file in LibreOffice, I guess that this is not LibreOffice which happens this resource fork but more probably a Finder's extension... - if the size of resource fork is 286, it probably only contains one short resource ; i.e. even if it can be shortened, the header size of a resource fork is often 256 bytes, so this let 30 bytes for the resource map (~20bytes if it contains one resource) and the resource data(maybe 10bytes). -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. ___ Libreoffice-bugs mailing list Libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org http://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-bugs

[Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 75694] FILESAVE: Comments lost on export to .docx
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=75694 --- Comment #2 from petrelharp petrel.h...@gmail.com --- (In reply to comment #1) take a look at Bug 73221 - Last comment text is lost if you save as .docx without shifting the focus to another text area are you describing the same issue or a different one? A different issue. This bug appears whether or not I move the cursor after creating the comment. Other notes: 1. it is necessary to close the document, and re-open it before saving out as docx. if I create a document, save as .odt, and save as .docx; or just save directly as .docx, this does not occur. 2. if I do exactly the same steps, but first save as .docx, then close, and re-open and save as .odt, there is no problem. I am attaching examples: docx-then-odt.{odt,docx} : WORKS odt-then-docx.{odt,docx} : BROKEN 3. this is serious: I first noticed this because of a document from someone else in which, when I saved as .docx to send back to them, all their comments would become blank. (major data loss) this is the minimal reproducible example. 4. this affects .odt: in my testing, I have occasionally seen examples where the file saved *as .odt* has lost the contents of the comments, or the author of some comments. I haven't been able to make a reproducible example, though. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. ___ Libreoffice-bugs mailing list Libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org http://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-bugs
