[MLO] Re: Daylight Savings

2013-11-08 Thread Nick Clark
Yes, but I'm not sure if this is an Android issue or a cloud server issue. My
problems were slightly more complicated as . Was travelling to a different
timezone at the time of the DST. change, but it affected my iPhone beta and
ipad versions without me knowingly using the Android version.

I found many tasks, and not just recurring ones, had a time set to 01:00 or
occasionally 23:00. I never use times. Equally many tasks that are seemingly
identical weren't affected.

[MLO] Re: Daylight Savings

2013-11-08 Thread Eric Owens
Stephane,

Thank you for the reply and bug post on my behalf. I would like to say
that I may have been a little unintentionally misleading. I have cloud
sync set up on both the Nexus 4 7; other than to initially set up the
recurring setting on the tasks, I do not use a desktop version. It could
be that one device had the bug but then synced. That said, both devices
had settings/sync/cloud/[Both sides changed item] set to Use local
version (which i'm not sure is even the setting I really want to use in
the scenario of 2 mobile devices using cloud sync).

having an hour extra for a reminder is acceptable, however, when we lose an
hour it will be entirely unacceptable.

 Please advise.

[MLO] Where are Android Files Stored

2013-11-08 Thread Michael Shuffett
I am an owner of a pro account and I will be switching to a new Android phone
very soon. I was wondering where the database is located so I could back it up
before my switch.

[MLO] Re: Daylight Savings

2013-11-08 Thread Stéph
The JIRA bug report links to this discussion thread, so if other Android
users can post their experiences, we can then update the bug report to help
Andrey and team to track it down.

Hopefully an Android user or cloud sync user (I am neither) can moderate
and update the JIRA report directly.

[MLO] Support for Kindle Fire HDX 8.9

2013-11-08 Thread Josh P.
I just received my new Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 yesterday but was disappointed
to see that MLO is listed as not compatible with that device.

Is there an ETA on when this will become available for the new Amazon
devices? Is it just a matter of resubmitting the application? I don't see
any reason why it should not work.

Regards,
Josh

Re: [MLO] Re: Daylight Savings

2013-11-08 Thread Dwight
Hi, I use Android and cloud sync and I can say for certain that not one of my
frequently used tasks with specified times had this problem.

There are some less frequently used tasks that are not supposed to have times
that now show eirher 1am or 11pm times. This is not noticeable -if a task
appears on the correct day I'm unlikely to notice that it appeared an hour
early in the middle of the night. Therefore, these tasks may have been damaged
long ago.

The silence is deafening.

Considering my long and faithful realtionship (was using this before there was
an iPhone) I think I and many others in this thread deserve some form of an
answer. I too have tried 2Day and am considering it, but I'm a cloud subscriber
and am still hoping for a Win 8 phone version. I will wait until 2014 before I
shell the relative little cost for 2Day - $2.99 and has a rating of 4.5 stars.
I'm sure MLO can beat that with the max of 5 stars?
