If only you followed my advise, I'd be so much more motivated to help. Yes, your system is Raspbian based. If it is Raspbian, then please update. As I said: your libc is rather old. If it is not Raspbian, then tell me what it is. I didn't ask for the debug statements you enabled. But for plugin.spotty. And I asked for the full file. That sort of makes sense but nothing should be changing priority but that the routine is called from Pipeline.pm. My plugin uses a lot of Win32 stuff as well - so if one Win32 call fails - perhaps some of mine do as well. A way to test would be to disable "native" AAC playing and play an AAC stream. 1. Disable native AAC by going to WebUI Settings/Advanced/Filetypes - in the AAC section change the AAC entry "native" to "disabled" and click Apply. 2. Note start time 3. Try playing an AAC stream such as http://www.somafm.com/illstreet64.pls 4. After music playing for about 30 sec - clear playlist 5. Note stop time. 6. Check server.log for messages between start and end time (Step 2 & 5) bpa's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=1806 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=47288 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins

Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Announce: CDplayer plugin
Yes I replaced the cdda2wav.exe in the bin folder, in fact I'm able to select now the optical drive in the plugin settings page. The list shows track 01, track 02, etc. mortommy's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=68041 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=47288 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Announce: CDplayer plugin
"Can't open file for" message usually means a bad install for example the cdda2wav program is not in the right directory or cannot be executed. Did you replace the cdda2wav.exe in the CDplayer Plugin BIn directory by the executable that worked ? What do you mean you see the tracks ? Track 01 02 etc or a full name ? bpa's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=1806 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=47288 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Announce: CDplayer plugin
Hi, it's is still me. Unfortunately I'm not able to play cds. After the previous issue I'm able to see the tracks when I use the menu from Extras but when I choose one track I get the error "Can't open file for: CD Track 01 (duration) (duration)" In the log file I can see only the entry: Code: [18-04-23 15:49:17.0095] Slim::Utils::OS::Win32::getPriorityClass (752) Error: Slim::Utils::LogCan't get process handle () [Wrong number of parameters: expected 0, got 1. ] what can be the problem? Thank you. mortommy's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=68041 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=47288 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] [Announce] Spotty 2.3.0 - Spotify Connect for your Squeezebox
So I would suggest that you completely uninstall LMS using something like "Revo Uninstaller" and hunt down and remove all traces of anything Squeezebox Server related that remains. Uninstalling LMS almost never solves a problem. Mostly it would do so as a side-effect. But wiping the caches (or prefs - keep a backup!) would make the difference. In this particular case I doubt any of this was related. If the helper doesn't start on Windows, then it's either a broken runtime library installation, or a firewall, or some Windows update. But that helper really has nothing to do with LMS. -- Michael ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] [Announce] Spotty 2.3.0 - Spotify Connect for your Squeezebox
Well I have just updated to the same version as yourself on a Windows 10 Pro laptop. I have managed to authorise Spotty and it is working. So I would suggest that you completely uninstall LMS using something like "Revo Uninstaller" and hunt down and remove all traces of anything Squeezebox Server related that remains. It will mean loosing your config files and setting LMS up again, but you can start with "Spotty". But first, why not try clearing the browser cache and resetting the dns, "just in case". thats all I can think of at the moment (just thought, which anti-virus are you using? ) Ronnie Man in a van's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=43627 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=108898 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] [Announce] Spotty 2.3.0 - Spotify Connect for your Squeezebox
I reinstalled Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable x86 - 14.0.23026. It was a repair - thus I already had it installed. Setup successful I ran Troubleshoot Compatibilty . It gave me compatibilty with Win 7 (I have latest 10). I ran LMS as administrator .. same problem Helper wont run and repeat link to install MS Runtime C++. Can you run the "spotty.exe -n test -x" from the command line and see what that gives? -- Michael ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins

Please move this to the MySqueezebox.com section and maybe explain it a bit more. The title is misleading, what you are seeing is your Receiver dropping off MySqueezebox.com, thats why iPeng then no longer sees it, but the cause is either a problem with your Receiver or the MySqueezebox.com registration is broken or something. Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] ANNOUNCE: AirPlay Bridge = integrate AirPlay devices with LMS (squeeze2raop)
philippe_44 wrote: > Send me a log after you've cleared it and made a test (you'll find > everything in the plugin's settings) Attached is my log file. This is what I tested. I synchronised my 3 speakers; player, Marantz and max2play, to get playback to the 3 players. I paused the audio for my source (Spotify on MacBook) and skipped tracks to reproduce the 10 sec delay. Next I added my Apple TV 4 into the synchronisation stack. After the 10 sec delay, audio playback from my speakers all stopped but the source is still playing. Hope this helps!
