Brine, on an empty stomach. Fast, Cheap, Easy. Done in about 2 hours.

If you don't want a colon cleanse then don't do it on an empty stomach.

Want cheap easy natural Viagra? Brine, not on an empty stomach.

I use Jeveda salt rocks, 1 part salt by weight to 4 parts water by weight.
Weighed in ounces this means 1 ounce of salt: 4 ounces water. (Must be
non-chlorinated.)

Increase your fiber intake and H2O intake. That will help to clear out the
colon the safest way. To many "products" on the market now are questionable.

That will dehydrate a person so fast. I use the mag sulfate for liver
cleansing and I can tell after the first couple of dose that I feel very
dehydrated. And I do try to circumvent that by hydrating well before
hand but I still feel it. I often kick start the Master cleanse by
doing a liver flush the night before and then just picking up the
lemonade drink the next morning. Very fast way to get into the
cleansing mode. This way often alleviates the herx reactions.

Re: CS> Colon and Coconut Oil

2007-06-27 Thread ruth strackbein
Hi,. Rowena, I feel blessed to have so many helpers on this website! Thank
you all! Wish I could do all the things that everyone suggests. I haven't
yet tried coconut oil, that is an option since it is a food not a pill.
Actually, I may also heed what others are saying about my body being my own
and the doctor doesn't have the final say about what I put into it. But I
feel I need to give this regimen a reasonable try. I have changed from
Citrucel which burned going down and went against everything in my diet
plan. My body has had very, very little sugar in the past three years for
instance. Citrucel contains alot of sugar and additives. I eat no
additives, only plain fruits and vegetables, though limited in variety. Now
I am trying something called Unifiber that can be mixed with food. Still
not what I really want to put in my body, consists ofposered cellulose, corn
syrup solids (sugar), and Xanthan Gum. Know I have read something negative
about the last one.
Yesterday I tried an idea I got from the list (smitt?) , about using a
few drops of apple cider vinegar in a little water for the burning pain.
That did work. Felt really good. I did that late afternoon and again at
bedtime. I am wondering if that is contributing to the diarrhea I am having
today. Pain was better all morning, but now is strong again. Will try the
vinegar again.
I also realize that it would be better to go all alternative, however,
there comes a time when something definitive has to be done when one's
individual anatomy is concerned. I keep praying that the Lord will guide me
. I can see definite purposes for his allowing this in my life. Ruth

filled with gas. I am almost sure that that is what happens now, that much
of my colon probably gets filled with gas. I notice that on a day when I
don't pass any stool, there usually isn't much gas either . I take an

Ruth, Gee, you certainly have your problems. You might have a crook in your
colon and in that case you need one of those colonic flushes from time to
time, but since that seems impossible where you live, you can take enemas,
but I am a firm believer in Acidolphus as it has really helped my daughter
and I. My daughter actually had a very hard time until she started taking
that, and 3 at a time. I never took but two. It restores the proper
bacteria in the colon that antibiotics destroy. We have to keep the good
bacteria in there to cause things to operate properly. Hope I am explaining
ok.

Also, when healing is needed on inside of intestines, I have heard that
Alo-vera juice is the thing to take. Be careful though what kind to buy as
a lot of it is mostly water. So, perhaps a combination here while you are
healing.

Let us know how it goes.

Leslie

RE: CS>Colon cleanser

2006-12-12 Thread Peter M. Stellas
Folks,

Some time ago I went on the "Master Cleanse" fast for 10 days. It consists
of lemonade and maple syrup, two of the safest ingredients on this planet
and not subject to FDA meddling. It took all 10 days to completely cleanse
out my bowels and probably the liver and gall bladder as well and I felt no
bad symptoms, no weakness or slowdown whatsoever. At the end of that fast I
had also lost a few pounds and returned to eating with vegetables, juices,
the Budwig breakfast and some occasional meat, fish, and eggs (all organic).
I am no extremist. Now I eat about three or four prunes daily and have no
concept of such topics as constipation, bloating, or intestinal problems.
Why spend your money on artificial concoctions when you can use the most
natural ones and get the most benefit? Remember, at the end of each of the
myriads of product promotions there is a human who is holding out his hand
for money. All these "sophisticated" colon cleanses with tea, coffee, and
who knows what else, are not really natural at all.

Hi Scot

U should try homozon.. this is a much better, clever options for a good
bowel cleansing protocol.. safe, gentle, effective, hydrating the bowel and
therefore no healing crisis, no side-effect, no pain but with magnesium as a
base mineral, u don't get addicted or become dependence PLUS being mostly
water, it cleanses from top to bottom, especially consider the bowel is a
convoluted surface and if u have bowel pockets, this is definitely good for
cleansing all those "weakened colon wall" and please talk to Donna at

That is drinking four gallons of water in a short time. And the 5
gallons of water used in a colema or high colonicis not all taken in at
the same time. It washes out as more is going in.

www.hps-online.com may describe the process. Or Google
and read more about the process.

The largest enema bags I found were actually 3 gallons not five, but the
colema boards come with a 5 gallon bucket. It is raised so there is a
gravity assisted flow.

Hello all---
Just one more question on this: I have read a little on the herbal
formulas said to clean out the colon--[along with some pictures that were
FAR too imformative!!] How to they compare to this process?

Thanks again

is it not also dangerous to use a 5 gallon enema since water can also
be absorbed by the large intestine?

The idea of the 5 gallon bucket is part of the "COLEMA"(r) System.
As a long experienced user of it, I can speak with some
authority. (ugh!)
The idea is to fulfil 2 functions: slung high in the air it produces
some
pressure which goes down a hose into a special nozzle and a simple
squeeze
shutoff is attached handily to the hose.
You take in as much as possible, shut off the flow and massage in a
specific way and holding it as long as possible. Expel and repeat till
the
whole 5 galls has been used.
Incredibly, some people get addicted to it.
But what a properly administered program will bring out of one -
especially a big meat eater - is incredible.

2004-11-16 Thread Garnet
Buy a 5 gallon enema bag and learn how to do enemas, you can train
yourself to take in that much liquid by breathing like a birthing woman,
little puffs, to ease contractions.

Most colon cleanses use some herbs but you can accomplish alot by a high
fiber diet and daily enemas (high colonics if you take in that much
liquid).

You can add things like organic GREEN coffee for a liver flush, H2O2
(1-2 Tablespoons of 3%), your own fresh urine (to kill candida,
exfoliate the mucous lining and other beneficial effects), garlic (use
sparingly) and of course CS.

There are colema boards you can buy that will make this process easier
but they are not necessary.

There is a site www.hps-online.com that will sell you a colema board and
a guided process with on-line email support, including telling you where
to buy the herbs to save you money, or they will sell them to you. There
are some good photos and links on that site.

Many things including Olive leaf kill parasites. But the Green Black
Walnut Hull, Clove and Wormwood combination recommended by Hulda Clark
is tried and true. Most any herbal parasite treatment does require days
of continuous treatment -- took me over 7 days on high doses of olive
leaf to see the results in the commode, but man, what a lot of worms!
Yuck!!!

Have not tried the Zapper so can't comment. I do know there are several
versions with improvements over the original one Hulda gives
instructions for in The Cure For All Diseases. Both of her books on are
available free on line now btw.

Dr Clark's formula is pretty good. A couple of other herbs that work great
are graviola and Olive Leaf extract (Eastpark Research works best for me,
others are good too). The zapper (Terminator 2) works great for relieving
colds, flus, viruses and parasites. The magpulser has a been a real blessing
for pain relief as well. The Sota MGP5 is awesome ($219 shipped from
elixa.com). If you can't afford the machines, the CS and Hulda Clarks formula
are a great start. You can build your healing arsenal little by little as you
can afford it.

I would strongly recommend you give it a try. Take one glass (250ml) of your

And if you have a colon irrigator use the CS there as well but warm it to

CS will not harm you in any way, so the worst that can happen with this

Re: CS - colon bacteria

1998-07-02 Thread likowski

Since Mike D made reference to me "swishing" CS around in my mouth
before swallowing, I thought I should jump in here:

What I do EXACTLY is measure out 9cc/mls of WaterOz silver water and
carefully squirt it under my tongue; then I look at the clock and try to
decide right then how long I "feel" the need to hold it. Sometimes I
"feel" that only 15 or 20 minutes will work, other times I "feel" that a
full 30 minutes may be called for. It's kind of a body-mind discussion
and a lot depends on how my disease (Cystic Fibrosis) has been acting up
lately. Then I just sort of forget about it and get busy with something,
remembering NOT TO SWALLOW, and keeping it mostly under my tongue. I
>do< allow the swallowing reflex to work, but I'm careful NOT to swallow the
>CS. I keep an eye on the clock and how my body's responding to the CS, if at

!
way helps usher the CS through the wall of the stomach better since it's mixed
with so much saliva by the time I finally swallow it. This came to mind after
recalling what I once read an Indian Guru say regarding health in relation to
diet & nutrition: "Drink your food and chew your water." His statement meant to
concentrate more on how digestion begins in the mouth, and that the more time
we take to >chew< our food -- or at least keep it in our mouth -- the more
likely we are to get the most out of it. Do not under-rate the power of
salivary enzymes! Since I started eating >much slower< my heartburn problems
have greatly diminished. Chewing spearmint gum after eating also works great!
Anyway, I do the above procedure after first getting up in the morning and
drinking a fair amount of mineralized water first (about 1/2 liter) just to get
the organs lubricated again after sleeping. Then after swallowing the CS, I
don't eat or drink ANYTHING for >at least< another 30-minutes -- !
!
just to be sure that the CS has gotten as much into my system as possible.

I repeat the same procedure at night approximately 12-hours after the
morning dose of CS, making sure to have not eaten anything for at least
3-hours before... including any vitamins.

Dameon

___

Silver, we are told, is filtered from the blood by the liver and
excreted in the feces. So if someone taking CS has comparable levels
of silver in the stool, that's a good thing. Intake = outgo = no
accumulation! The good stuff happens in between where the body has
adequate levels of silver available to work it's magic by whatever
mechanism(s).

Now, just where are the beneficial bacteria in the gut? In the colon,
or in the small intestine, or both? Where does the liver dump the
stuff it filters out of the blood? We don't really know if the silver
goes quite "everywhere", in that blood levels might not affect what
goes on in the intestine, for instance.

What I'm casting about for here is the possibility that you can
avoid total wipe-out of gut flora if the CS is primarily absorbed in
the mouth and/or stomach. Some people (e.g. Dameon) take CS by
swishing in the mouth for a number of minutes then swallowing it or
even *spitting it out*. They are getting through the mucous membranes
in the mouth and may not even touch their intestinal flora.

I've nuked my flora, I'm pretty sure, by taking lots of CS for an
extended period. Lacking the flora changed stool consistency and
effected uptake of nutrients, I believe. I ended up with muscle and
joint pain in my back and lower extremities that disappeared within
12 hours of drinking some of that calcium supplemented orange juice.

So it is important to support your body's digestive process, and it
*is* possible to disrupt it taking CS. We've got the "mouth-swish
method", and people sipping large amounts of 3-5 ppm silver as their
drinking water, plus methods of replacing the gut flora with yogurt
or acidophilus, enzymes, etc. Any of these might be sufficient to
avoid side effects while gaining the full benefit of the silver.

Be well,

Mike D.

swishing in the mouth for a number of minutes then swallowing it or
even *spitting it out*.

Be well,

Mike D.

Yes, about a month ago a man sent a stoole sample to a lab to evaluate the
amount of CS in his stoole compared to the amounts he was taking. He said
that the levels were similar in ppm. The CS goes everywhere in the
body
so replace your good bacteria, it is good for you anyway!

Re: CS - colon bacteria

1998-06-30 Thread likowski
Paul, Mike S and others -

I'm going to chime in here: I already have major intestinal problems
from Cystic Fibrosis. I can't even digest my own food without taking
high-powered enteric coated time-release enzymes. I've been taking
WaterOz silver water *heavy* for 8-months now, and I've had NO
intestinal problems! Usually, if something's going to cause problems,
I'm the perfect lab-rat because I feel it quickly. An earlier post said
something about "ionic" silver killing the "good" intestinal flora...
WaterOz supposedly *IS* "ionic" silver and, like I just said, I've had
NO problemmo with it. Either this whole CS thing is *very* subjective,
or there's a lot of misinformation flying around for whatever reason
(probably monetary). It could also be more dependent on the quality of
the product than we might suspect... who knows? All the more reason to
establish a "standard" for making CS, perhaps. Or if the home-brew is
giving you problems and you need serious help, try some pre-made brand
and see if things change for the better! What have you got to lose, a
few bucks?

Just my opinion.

Dameon
___

Paul,
I'm thinking that the CS does make it through the stomach based on what
I
have observed. I have kicked intestinal flu with CS, and I happen to be
one
of those who ends up with other intestinal problems when I ingest CS.
If I
take some Acidophilus for a few days, everything seems to come back to
normal. It may work differently on others, but CS seems to work on both
the
good and bad intestinal bacteria in me. Maybe it is actually something
else
besides the loss of good intestinal bacteria that causes me the
problems. I
think I'm going to have to try some experimentation and drag out my
microscope as well.

Hi again,

Is it possible that this person took their CS just before or after
eating?
I read in another posting where the person recommended taking CS on an
empty stomach.
Is this a contributing factor to having CS in the stool.

Someone on this list reported that he had his stool tested and it
contained CS. I think he said it contained a similar about to that
which he had been taking.

Hi Bob and List,

Just a thought here on this.
If CS is completely absorbed from the stomach, then it will never reach
the colon.
It would seem that the good bacteria, and/or the bad bacteria will not
be affected by the CS.
I don't know that this is fact, as I am surmising.
Does anyone have thoughts or info on this?
