Thanks... bj This just seems to be flash (can only check with "Tribute to Kutner" as I am outside the US). So have you got flash installed and activated? (or do they use a diferent player or the full episodes?) Kutner is what I wanted to see. I do have Flash installed, and they don't identify their player that I can see. The Message suggests that the install script is not compatible with your browser. That often happens with plugins made for the newer plugin-system which firefox already has and SM2.0 will have. I bet that with Seamonkey2.0alpha it would work. If you want to test, give it a try http://www.seamonkey-project.org/releases/2.0a3 (it won't touch your SM1.1.x when installed seperately) Martin I think I will try the 2.0 release, and see if that works, because I've had trouble with other sites that were less important. Thanks, Martin... hope you're right it won't affect 1.1.14. :) bj P.S. - I've changed my mind since reading the instructions. I didn't see how to install separately, and I've forgotten. :) I'm wondering if a Firefox fake method would work? Just install it to another folder, SM2 will import the profile from your SM1.1.x profile and place the new profile somewhere else automtically :-) btw: I did not have to use any other plugin than flash, strange... ___ support-seamonkey mailing list support-seamonkey@lists.mozilla.org https://lists.mozilla.org/listinfo/support-seamonkey

You will wind up with two different programs pulling down mail. So if you want to run both, while keeping SM1 as your primary, you should consider: - don't import if you just want to test the Fox site - prior to importing, set the SM1 mail account(s) to leave mail on the server for a few days so both can read mail without "stealing" from each other. - do the import with your network disabled, then promptly go into the SM2 mail accounts and disable them or set them to leave mail on the server before allowing network access. I don't believe IMAP has this problem if you simply leave all your mail on the server. -- Rich(Pull thorn from address to e-mail me.) There I found the following: Q. I used to be able to watch the webcam when it was first offered, but now all I get is a blank, pop-up window. What's wrong? A. This problem has been reported by people who prefer to use Firefox. A Windows Media Player plug-in for Firefox is available for several versions of the Windows operating system. You can find the free, 302K download at Port25.technet.com. Well, I now know that there is a Windows Media Player plug-in that is required in order to make Firefox work. The site is located at: http://port25.technet.com/pages/windows-media-player-firefox-plugin-download.aspx I presume, based on what I read on the above web page, that the plug-in only works with Firefox. I, however, do not know the name of this plug-in after clicking the download site. SeaMonkey 1.1.16 Security Release
Hi all, Today, the SeaMonkey project released a new version of its all-in-one internet suite. SeaMonkey 1.1.16 closes a few critical security vulnerabilities found in previous versions. With that, SeaMonkey offers the same level of security as its sibling Firefox 3, which has issued updates for the same problems recently as well. The SeaMonkey team urges users of older SeaMonkey versions, including the SeaMonkey 1.0.x series, which no longer receives security updates, to upgrade. Additionally, the team continues to strongly urge people still using the old Mozilla Suite or Netscape 4, 6 or 7 to upgrade to the new SeaMonkey 1.1.16 version. All these older software packages suffer from a large and steadily increasing number of security vulnerabilities because they are no longer being maintained. SeaMonkey 1.1.16 is a modern, drop-in replacement, providing the same familiar suite functionality with additional features and fully up to date security. SeaMonkey 1.1.16 is available for free download from the open source project's website at www.seamonkey-project.org. Full news article: http://www.seamonkey-project.org/news#2009-04-08 Downloads for all available platforms and languages: http://www.seamonkey-project.org/releases/#1.1.16 Release notes: http://www.seamonkey-project.org/releases/seamonkey1.1.16/ Greetings, Robert Kaiser SeaMonkey Council member ___ support-seamonkey mailing list support-seamonkey@lists.mozilla.org https://lists.mozilla.org/listinfo/support-seamonkey
