[Bug 1516358] [NEW] Can't set language to Dutch (Belgium)
Public bug reported: I want to set my language to "Dutch (Belgium)" but that just won't work. [Bug 1463673] [NEW] Wireshark's UI is unusable in Ubuntu 15.04 with Gnome3
Public bug reported: Wireshark's UI doesn't work on Ubuntu 15.04 with Gnome3 and dual monitor. In previous Ubuntu versions, I had to apply the workaround 'export LIBOVERLAY_SCROLLBAR=0' prior to starting wireshark to prevent it from crashing. In 15.04, this no longer has any effect. Wireshark immediately starts fullscreen on the second monitor of my dual-screen setup without title bar. So I can't drag it around. When I click on something, for example to start a new capture, a window opens _behind_ the main window. I can see the new window when ALT-TABbing, but I can never reach it because the main window stays on top. The UI behavior is very erratic, and generally unusable. ** Affects: wireshark (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1463673 Title: Wireshark's UI is unusable in Ubuntu 15.04 with Gnome3 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/wireshark/+bug/1463673/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 1053749] Re: UnicodeDecodeError from broken package descriptions
It seems the odd characters do in fact have a valid UTF-8 encoding, but for some reason they have been encoded incorrectly. In my case, there were about 100 offending packages: hwdata (Noël Köthe - Noël Köthe) shared-mime-info (Sebastian Dröge - Sebastian Dröge) glines ... We're both running the same ubuntu version (8.04 with latest updates), it works on his machine and segfaults on mine. The difference is that I have installed the x86_64 version while he uses the x86 version. [Bug 226941] Re: [ndiswrapper] network manager in roaming mode fails to connect to wpa network using ndiswrapper
I have the same problem with a Texas Instruments ACX 111 wireless chipset. Without WPA I can't use my wireless network, I'd really like to see this bug fixed some time soon... ** Changed in: ndiswrapper (Ubuntu) Status: Incomplete = Confirmed -- [ndiswrapper] network manager in roaming mode fails to connect to wpa network using ndiswrapper https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/226941 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 250583] [NEW] Konica Minolta Magicolor 2400W uses incorrect driver by default
Public bug reported: When I attach my KONICA MINOLTA magicolor 2400W printer, it is detected but it uses the wrong driver by default. The default driver is Minolta magicolor 2300 DL Foomatic/foo2zjs (recommended) which does not work. In order to install the correct driver, I have to manually install the package m2300w, and then select Minolta-magicolor 2400W. It would be nicer if ubuntu would auto-detect this correctly. I am using ubuntu 8.04.1. ** Affects: ubuntu Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Konica Minolta Magicolor 2400W uses incorrect driver by default https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/250583 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
