Re: DocScanner Pro OCR app

2013-07-18 Thread Esther

Hi Anthony,

I'm in the US, and this app still shows up free for me, though I don't expect
it will be for much longer. It's a Free App of the Day selection. Did you
double tap on the link? There is an older DocScanner app by the same people,
and that app is not on sale. The one I linked was newly released on July 7,
2013, and was $6.99, currently free, version 1.0 of DocScanner Pro. Then there
is DocScanner: Scan Multipage Documents to Beautiful PDFs version 6.0.3 that
is $4.99 (iPhone and iPad) and DocScanner Classic version 5.1.2 for iPhone
only) that is $9.99. All those are different apps by the same developer, and
not free.

Cheers,

Esther

RE: DocScanner Pro OCR app

2013-07-18 Thread Sieghard Weitzel
Hi Anthony,

You might have been looking at the wrong DocScanner app since there are 4 of
them and when I searched for DocScanner Pro SayText also came up I guess
because it's from the same developer.

I typed in DocScanner Pro and tapped search and it was the first search
result and it was still free just now. If you only type in DocScanner
without the Pro then DocScanner shows up as the first search result and it
is $4.99 and I believe it's their older app. There also is DocScanner
Classic which is even more at $9.99 and DocScanner Fast which is $2.99.

Regards,
Sieghard
