that fleksy issue
Hi all. If you are having that issue of typing words manually I'd suggest writing to supp...@fleksy.com and let them know. I've been having the same issue and I think they are trying to investigate the issue of the manual typing and the lack of voice over on some of the clicks while trying to type. -- Rebecca and Zeb email: rilni...@gmail.com facebook: www.facebook.com/rebeccai5 Zeb's facebook: www.facebook.com/zeb.ilniski -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the "VIPhone" Google Group. Re: Peculiar potential fleksy issue
Chuck, Our issues sound similar yet different. My rotor options were all available to me, they just didn't work properly when they were executed within the text I originally typed in Fleksy. What really perplexed me is that I could school by characters, words etc when in any other fields such as as subject or cc. It's not what your call a major problem, but it is certainly something of an inconvenience when preparing correspondence that need to look professional. Re: Peculiar potential fleksy issue
Since you copied the text and pasted it into an email reply, I see no way that this could be a Fleksy issue. Once the text is on the clipboard, the Fleksy app is no longer in the loop. That being said, I had a problem trying to edit an email yesterday. Like you, I had made a small mistake and needed to change a n to a m. The rotor would not give me any options other than zoom and lines. so I gave up and sent the email as is. How long did you wait before trying to scroll back through your text? I've noticed I needed to wait a few seconds and possibly longer if it was a very lengthy note. Peculiar potential fleksy issue
Hi all, I just had a strange experience and wanted to bounce it off the list. It may or may not be a fleksy issue - I would welcome your thoughts on this. I went into Fleksy to write a fairly lengthy email for work. I copied the text, went into my work inbox and hit reply for the message I was responding to. I pasted the text in no problem. The issue occurred when I tried to scroll through the message I had inputted to edit one small mistake. While I could adjust the rotor setting to scroll by letter, word etc just as usual, voiceover would not actually read me the text I was flicking through. The tone suggested I was performing the flick gesture, but voiceover would not comply. It simply kept repeating the long block of text I had just pasted into the email. Carol Please try the following: Go to Settings, General, International and make sure you have the region format set to UK. Also Voice Control to English (United Kingdom). I think this should make Fleksy speak in UK English - if it still doesn't work please email us at feedb...@fleksy.com and we will look into it. PS: We unfortunately can't enforce the low quality voice, however. This is not a setting we can use as a third party app on the iPhone. Hello. This is happening because flecksy has speech that is independent of voiceover. You can at least change your speaking rate to match your voiceover speed. RE: fleksy issue.
Hi, I suggest you tell the developer about this. If he doesn't know it's happening, he can't fix it. Hi all So I'm having a weird issue. I am currently using the compact voice as my vo voice, but when I load fleksy, and I unload vo, the voice switches to the hq voice. I really don't like that voice at all. Anything I can do? Sent from my iPhone -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the "VIPhone" Google Group. Fleksy issue
Gee, this just isn't my week for new apps, I guess. I'm having some trouble with Fleksy. It's quite sluggish. After I lift my finger it takes a second or 2 before I hear the click. It rarely accepts the first letter of each word and it's nearly impossible for me to get it to accept the letter 'm'. I've cleaned my screen and rebooted twice in hopes that this would make a diference, oh, and I cleaned out the App Switcher. Any ideas? Also, is there a way to use landscape orientation for this app and keep portrait for everything else?
