Just found out this evening
that we can't do manual
payments.  I'm not sure if
automatic will work in the
morning.  I'm currently on
10.03.09 (their released
version). After you click OK
for the payment amount it
redirects to a blank page. No
event logs for the account on this.

I upgraded last Tuesday.
Automatic charges from 9/24 are
in our checking account marked

Restarting apache fixed us up.  We were on hold to talk to someone at powercode 
but hung up since the
problem was resolved.

  Just found out this evening that we can't do manual payments.  I'm 
not sure if automatic will work in the morning.  I'm currently on 10.03.09 
(their released version).  After you click OK for the payment amount it 
redirects to a blank page.  No event logs for the account on this.



  I upgraded last Tuesday.  Automatic charges from 9/24 are in our 
checking account marked 9/26 so I believe that is working.  On 9/26 I 
personally did a manual card charge successfully.

We've been troubleshooting a couple of issues with IPPay that seems to 
be isolated to specific users. If you didn't already contact our support 
desk to troubleshoot this, please do. We already got IPPay to fix this 
problem for one user.


I don't know if your problem is the same, but we'll be able to identify 
it pretty quickly.

manual payments.  I'm not sure if automatic will
work in the morning.  I'm currently on 10.03.09

the payment amount it redirects to a blank page. 
No event logs for the account on this.

Do an apachectl graceful and it should fix it.  They said it's due to a
blank result from IPPay.  Couldn't get an answer as to why we couldn't see

We upgraded to 10.03.09 Thursday or Friday and everything was fine.
We had three installs scheduled on Saturday and the first one worked fine.
Per the email powercode sent out requesting to run updates on centos for
the bash exploit I ran yum -y update. It seems as of that time we haven't
been able to process any payments. I went in and "rolled" back the sent os
updates, nothing. rebooted, nothing.
And yes, we are on IPPay.
