We've been troubleshooting a couple of issues with IPPay that seems to be isolated to specific users. If you didn't already contact our support desk to troubleshoot this, please do. We already got IPPay to fix this problem for one user. I don't know if your problem is the same, but we'll be able to identify it pretty quickly. Those errors won't cause any problems, none of them are critical. Not that they shouldn't be fixed.. but they don't indicate any issue related to the payment problem you are/were experiencing. Looks like this was a DNS problem, it had nothing to do with the 10.03.09 update. I'm not sure if the IP of the IPPay gateway changed, but restarting Apache (service httpd restart) will flush the cache Apache uses and force an update. If it still doesn't work after that, let me know. Most of the tickets we've seen over the weekend on this have been solved by a server reboot (which accomplishes the same thing.) I don't know exactly what happened/changed yet, but that's what I have so far. It appears that the DNS issue kept us from being able to tokenize new cards that were added on Saturday. we kept trying to process them and they would fail with no return info from ippay. we deleted a card and added it back and it's tokenizing now. A test payment processed but we have been unable to reach the customers we've been trying to bill since Saturday. hoping everything is better now. We upgraded to 10.03.09 Thursday or Friday and everything was fine. We had three installs scheduled on Saturday and the first one worked fine. Per the email powercode sent out requesting to run updates on centos for the bash exploit I ran yum -y update. It seems as of that time we haven't been able to process any payments. I went in and rolled back the sent os updates, nothing. rebooted, nothing. And yes, we are on IPPay.
