Shift+H is used for going to the previous heading. For next heading
you should use H only. I would recommend you to read the jaws
keystrokes help file in conjunction with jaws help for internet
explorer. It should solve your purpose.

preference:
1. Type '0253 Note that there is an apostrophe or single quotation
before 0253. This will convert the format to text
