The Bank of Baroda netbanking is absolutely inaccessible. It has
accessivbility issues from its login page and once logged in within
interface accessibility is totally zero.
Please definitely consider this site as well for complaint.
Also Bank of India login captcha is troublesome. Request
uidai website is also inaccessible it is a clear failure of WCAG
success criteria1.1.1. it is not providing accessible captcha. not
only this many government website has the accessibility issue. the
most inaccessible website I have seen is jio.com. My humble request to
mission accessibility team is

I agree, penalty as an option, should be used cautiously. Having said,
that, it is not the penalty amount which is a deterrent, but the
associated reputation risk is something which any establishment would
like to avoid. It sends a message across, the said party has done

for discriminating against a disabled person. We can use other fora also,
like consumer courts.
Let us not get hung up on punishing perpetrators, in my view. Instead, let

news. However, none of the local OTT are doing Audio description.
I certainly don't include Netflix which has a decent content in AD.
