Text files are read by all screen readers and all standard programmes have
the option to save the data in text format. At least, you can copy the text
and paste it on to a notepad file if you don't find it on the save as
submenu.

version on my machine. Kurzweil v 13 uses fine reader 10 recognition
engen, but I want that kurzweil would use fine reader 11 engen since I

1. Open Kurzwril and change your engen whatever you want to use.
2. Save your settings and close Kurzweil.
3. Open Kurzweil and start scanning.
