Did anyone try using NFS file system as Directory container storage pool ? is there any drawback to use such options? we have enough bandwidth 25G to support NFS mount points and its dedicated for backup servers. Regards Sarav -- Thanks & Regards, Saravanan Mobile: +65-8228 4384

Hi Eric, from my observation updating node to new policy domain is instantaneous no matter how many files are stored under the node. There is no way that during this instant operation files are re-bound from no-more-existing-in-new-domain management class to new domain's default management

Hi Eric, Have you run an incremental backup yet? You'll need to do that in order to get active versions rebound to the management classes in the nodes include/exclude rules. Inactive versions will stay bound to their old management class but, in the event of a domain change, I think will use

Hi all, Did IBM already create an APAR for this issue? We're currently holding off on the 8.1.15.0 client rollout and it would be great to know if IBM's initial assumptions have proven true, which would mean we're not affected b/c we don't use replication. Thank you Kind regards Michael Roesch
