We've paid anything from $5.50/foot for plowing up to $45/foot for a difficult bore. That's contractors, not in-house. It's so situational that it's dangerous to assume a particular number.  You need someone experienced in that work in that locality to drive the route and give you an estimate.

That isn't the sub, it is the headend. Street price currently seems to be about ∞ if you need them right now. If these are ever not vaporware it would open some amazing possibilities. Imagine a Siklu 10Gig ring with one or two of these hanging off of each one to feed a passive plant in a MDU.
