This is not a concern here.. Each shelf has a BMS with current limiting, and a
physical breaker on the output of the shelf. LiFePO4 does not suffer from the
thermal runaway issues traditional lithium batteries do, and of course they are
inside steel cases.

My worry about the 30KW of batteries is a "what if"... It's basically
a monster electrical bomb... I fused them, but if something happens to
one of them in the rack, it isn't going to be pretty... Water i
th my latest central office. I also had telemetry on them so we could
remotely check on them to see if they were exercising each week.
