Most of the time we either do a 24v power supply and batteries plus a 24v
to 48v DC-DC converter, or a 48v power supply and batteries, with a 48v to
24v DC-DC converter (mainly depending on whether there's more stuff that
needs 24v or 48v), but sometimes we'll do completely separate 24v and 48v
We down-convert 48V to 24V when necessary (using Traco DC-DC converters),
but that is few and far between these days since old school UBNT and FSK is
mostly a thing of the past.
