I had an EPMP3000 AP on a tower that died after a web page initiated reboot.  I got it swapped out and when I put it on the bench, accessing on 169.254.1.1 loaded a page saying to 'Load Firmware'  With a big disclaimer saying 'No Firmware validation done, make sure you load a proper image' I

Yeah, the 1000 (AP) was nice because it could do 22v-56v, with any polarity or pinout, so it worked with just about any power supply you could throw at it. The 2000 is 48v only, the 3000 is 48v only and the 3000L is 24v only. The only ePMP radios that cared about POE polarity were the 1000 SMs

The spec sheet for ePMP 3000 actually says 56V 802.3at The spec sheet for the ePMP 3000L says "29V Cambium PoE" The spec sheet for the ePMP 3000 Micro says "802.3af or 802.3at or 56VDC Passive Injector" So be careful what we mean by "ePMP 3000". I would not be surprised if they accept
