It definitely will work fine to just change the feedhorn - I have done it in the past. The rest of the dish is exactly the same (the subreflector is attached to the feedhorn). I doubt anywhere sells the feedhorn on it's own, but even if you have to buy a whole new dish, it's usually easier to swap

I think they were at WISPAmerica in Little Rock, so that's probably how they got my email address. The ad they sent was about the dual pol grids and had the first 2 links I posted, when I clicked I saw the weird horn on their website which is where I got the 3rd link. Nothing more to it.
