The Hands Free of the echo is rubbish and - as the reviewer points out - this has been improved with the Echo 3rd Generation, I make calls with my Echo 2nd generation where hands free quality is absolutely brilliant - 2nd Generation of Echo not to be confused with 2nd generation of echo dot -.
