Frank, If you are an administrator or subadministrator of a form, you can delete entries from it by selecting Actions Delete or Ctrl+D. If you're a 'regular' user you will not have access to this feature. What you could do is create a new status value Delete or just a display only field

Here's an update. There were two issues. The first was I had changed 2 fields on our development server from Optional to Display Only by deleting the fields and recreating them with the same field numbers. The field types were the same but Entry Mode changed from Optional to Display Only.

And if you are on *nix you can tail -f arsql.log | grep for the username. If you are on windows you can use baretail and highlight the line that has the username you are looking for (or if you have cygwin you could tail/grep in Windows which is nicer because you only see the lines you are looking

Perhaps a better solution would be to make the Status field RO, and have the status of a record advanced with buttons that would be enabled under conditions defined by workflow. Both the buttons and the Active Links behind them can have different permissions, so that advancing to different status

If the report is embedded in the active link, point to a bogus report, save and then point to the correct report. This will cause the active link to reimport the new version of the report. If the report is being run from the report form, make sure that you've updated the attachment portion.

First check tools, options and the advance tab to see if the report settings are correct. Do other reports work aside from this one? Query Engine errors tend to be an ODBC Driver issue. Within Crystal, try selecting database then set datasource and repoint your data to the ODBC driver

Welton, I suspect that your issue lies with you not understanding ARS Filter Phases. (But I could be wrong.) Run Process actions are deferred to Phase 3 and the processes are spawned in order of execution but they are just kicked off and the ARS server does not wait for each process to complete
