Hi,
RRR|LoginConv works on all fields, not only 2 and 4.
Any exact match will be converted.
It will also convert Status-History and Diary-fields as well as any exact

If you must convert a lot of user names, RRR|LoginConv will do this in one

We've changed the e-mail addresses in the User form and everywhere.

If you are using ITSM, check the people record. In older versions some

Hello Listers,
I did find an old ARSList message about moving a remote SQL server DB.
It really is that simple.
I'm still not sure if the db account name should be dbo or ARAdmin. The
old system has dbo with ARAdmin as the login name but the new account
was created as ARAdmin with ARAdmin
I would like to use images in attachment fields as html in view fields.
What would that url look like? Has anyone done this before?
I have gotten this far:
Do you have your AR server configured as a member of a server group? If so, it
may be that that server is not configured to process e-mail requests, so the
e-mail engine attached to it will wait until the AR server tells it that it's
its turn.

Yes, but we are directing the Windows Aremail server to the primary AR server

Double-check your entries in the AR System Server Group Operations Ranking
form. Look for the E-mail Engine entry for this server and make sure that it
has a value specified in the Rank field. If this is your primary server, it
should probably have a value of 1. Is that the case?
Lyle
Thanks thought it was 1 but found it ranking as 2. Changed the value to 1.
Restart the ARemail engine

I'm looking through your recent thread about checking Tomcat stuff, and you
give some really good things to look at. My server.xml file is commenting out
this section:
!-- -comment out port 8080
Connector port=8080
You have to restart all servers in the server group (as I understand it) when
you change the ranking values. Restarting the e-mail engine will likely not
change anything.

I'm glad you got it working. Thinking about it a bit more, if it's being
configured to be run behind a web server that effectively proxies for it, it
probably isn't necessary to have it listening on port 8080, since that's
probably not the port the web server uses to communicate with Tomcat.
I think it is set that way in the Tomcat install (default not to listen on port
8080)
