Hi Tristan,
I had a plugin error on both a 7.6.3 and 7.6.4 installation though maybe not
the same as yours as the error was in both Mid-Tier and the user tool.
It was solved by adding the server to the hosts file using the server IP,
not localhost
127.0.0.0 localhost
But my question is how is things goinh without server group set it up.
If I got two ARS servers are running against a shared DB.
thanks!

In that case you need to manually disable escalations on all but one of the
servers. If you don't you'll have multiple instances of the same escalation
running - whether this is a problem will depend on what the escalation does.

Hi Peter,
:-)
That make more sense to me. I am just thinking how to configure that
out and don't get into trouble.
Is there anyone having that kind of configuration on production machine?
I had configured server group before. In most case, I got plugin error

John,
I just came across this situation in my 7.5 Patch 7 environment earlier this

And FYI, the only ones I have seen 'missing' are AL's.

Not sure what 6.1 is... perhaps you mean AR System 6.0.01?
First off, I'd mention that 6.0.01 is very old and obviously unsupported. It
would be a very, very good idea for you to upgrade to a supported version
(7.1.00 or later). Upgrading the Mid-Tier should be a relatively painless
