Todd,  On 7.6.04, filter  HPD:HII:CreateIncident_040_SetAsgmntGrpID  doesn't set fields from CFG:Assignment, it sets the Assigned Group ID from CTM:Support Group.  Looks like something that was modified/fixed from 7.6.0. Here are the attributes if you want to replace the filter with the newer
