You can get in tocuh with BMC Support for guidline.
Make sure, size has increased not more than 4000 Char beacuse that will
change datatype in case of oracle db and which may have huge impact at db
level.

The only way it could be coming from your ip is if you are using a Mid-Tier
on your machine. When looking at the arplugin log file, if you have
everything set at the proper levels, you should be able to see what IP the
login attempt is coming from, if you trace that IP, is it the IP of
