Hi List,
For now, I have raised this as a BMC Issue, as we don't have any customizations
around this functionality. But still if I could get some inputs/ advises from
the experts here in the List.
Thanks,

It may be because the Contact's field is brought forward and Incident ID
field is behind this field. Generate a report on Incident ID and see what
you get.

I am sure you would have this. But just checking. Do the users have

This is weird. Does it happen on all incidents? If so, I would resort to
filter logs to find what happens when submitting a new incident

Sounds like you added a permission to a tab or a field or modified system and
they cannot access it
Like the permissions you added were outside the application

Is this only happening for Incident Management? A quick thing to check is
the 'AR System Application State' form and make sure that the record for
IM's state is Production.

Hi All,
Getting this error when I try to create a Change related to a Change. I select
the link which presents a new Change with some of the data carried over. Then

I agree that the Audit Log Entry would be more efficient since your concept of
using filters to compare TR and DB values would be problematic since we do not
know how many fields could be changed.

I would go with a display only field. Then create a filter to capture the
timestamp and user, and a filter for each field you want to notify on and put
all that in a filter guide. So it would look cleaner like this

Or use a Display Only field populated with a SET fields from the Current screen
on lose focus of the Diary Field.
DO's are available to the Notification system and don't need to be cleared
after the DB commit.

Hi all, we work with AR Server 7.6.0.4 SP5 and ITSM 7.6.04 SP4.
We have a Field of type Diary in a Form and we send a notify mail with the
value of this Diary field,
every time a change is made.
Our problem is that in the diary field there are not only the last changes but
all the previous.
The Diary field is not the best object to use. You should create a character
field that will hold the latest details and after you use a filter to send the
notify email then have a filter that pushes the details to the diary field and
delete them from the character field.
