Read Only is not the same as Disabling the Change flag A field can be Read Only (so the user cannot update the field) and still be updated by workflow. If workflow updates the field then it is marked as changed. Disable Change Flag is a property of the field on the form itself Fred

IIS is usually started by an internal Windows user. I forget the format of the name but its something like USR_WindowsServerName. Make sure this user has read write and execute permissions wherever appropriate. I forget the list of places to look for this but its not that hard to work your way
