I am trying to install SLM 7.x on my lab and keep getting this error:
General RIK error. Cause unknown: -1
I am using sql 2005, arsystem 7.1 and everything is OOB. I have tried this on
both my laptop lab running XPsp2 my 2003 server. Same results.

Want to install the RDP and am getting the must have admin tool 6.0 or newer
installed error. I have a brand new download of RDP from BMC and have admin
tool 7.0.01 p5 installed.
Obviously there is a secret here or maybe needs more quarters?

Vaultus is similar to Aeroprise. Biggest difference is that it carries a
mini remedy app on the BB so you can do work on your tickets in RT and then
send them back to the server. As opposed to interacting with the server for
all your work.

If I want to have 4 servers running ARSystem 7.x as a Server Group (sharing
the 1 are database), am I going to be purchasing 4 Preserver licenses?
The documentation I have found is quite sketchy about this.

on the server you will experience this issue. As the users constantly login/out
of the midtier and you dont re-cache the server, the times will decrease
to the point where 2 seconds or less is normal.
