What they want is when a requester replies to a Help Desk ticket email,
have it go back into remedy's ticket number and update the worklog of
ticket. see attached on emails receiving from requesters.

I have a situation where the class manager does not work in our
environment on two of our servers.
We are running ARS 6.3 patch 20, ITSM 6.0, CMDB 1.1 patch 005 on a
windows 2003 server with MSSQL2000.
We go into Class Manager and add an attribute to a class, the change
pending appears but
Has anyone installed/upgraded from Remedy server 6.3 to Remedy server
7.1 with the Remedy ITSM 6.0 applications?
We are planning on upgrading just the server side and I wanted to see if
anyone has done this and if there are any gotchas involved.

I just want to make sure I understand this correctly. When DST ends the
first weekend in November the clocks get turned back one hour, in the
past this would cause escalation between 2-3 am to fire twice is this
still the case?
The patch back in the spring was only to change the timeframe of

MS SQL 2000 - what makes database tables get fragmented? Is it normal
for this to occur?

Okay, I don't know where to look anymore~very frustrated tonight~. Our
production server takes hours to create one SLA on off-hours tonight.

Any permissions you added to any of these forms will also be wiped
out...We did the same install and had to re-import the Group, User,
Hompage (cause we have our own graphic), and the AR System email
messages - added permissions.

First, I cannot find four files to replace:
Arfjavascr63.dll, ardlib.dll, Flahboard.dll, upmssql.dll
After I replace all the other files which can be found and I try to
not be found.
In my case I discovered that DWMAPI.DLL is missing.

I would have to agree, same thing is happening to me...I haven't worked for my
old company in 2 years yet that is showing up as my primary id, and it is
saying it is expired...Has anyone seen the new Knowledge base? I had to search
for something this morning and am finding it hard to navigate
