If your SLA is built off of HPD:Help Desk, you should have a join form
called HPD:Help Desk_SLA which can give you the information you are

It appears that crystal reports (or some other web reporting tool) is
required when printing an incident from the web. When you click the
print button from the user tool, a Crystal report comes up. When you
click the same button from the web, an error Error

We are experiencing problems when users search on the HPD:HelpDesk_SLA
form, either via the form or through the canned SLA performance
When I try to qualify my report on Arrival Time, I'm getting an error
when I run the report through the client tool (ver 6.3 patch20) or
through Crystal (ver 9). The reports hangs for several minutes and
finally returns the error.

time as a selection criteria, check to see if that will run.
Check that you have the latest hotfixes. I believe when I was using
version 9, I needed them.
