What form is arsvcdsp.log turned on from? Dispatcher

Hi, I was wondering if some can tell me where this log is getting turned on. I do see it in the config, but cant find what form this was turned on from. We are running 7.1 patch 7 on windows. Thanks Tim ___

Remedy client flashing
