All, This may be a stupid question but a user with Asset Admin permissions should be able to modify any asset which is associated to the company that person belongs to, correct? For some reason all of the fields on the asset form are read-only even. TIA -- View this message in context:

All, We've created a custom ticket form which as approximately 75 fields including three tables. We've also imported approx 600K records to this form. When we do a search on the unique index (field 1) we are getting inconsistant response times. The search can take anywhere from less then one

Admin Tool Error

What I've done is opened the HPD:Help Desk Audit Log form and just did a Save As and changed the name to LCL:SL:Main_AuditLog2. After successfully saving the new form I try to make a modification (removing a field) and I am seeing this error: The Application or the Form cannot be made licensable.

Generic Catalog Entry

When creating a Generic Catalog entry for a Category Type of Reason is there a way to seperate locales? We have the eniglish and french locale setup on our system and do not see anywhere to set which locale the entry is for. We are running ARS 7.1 patch5 and ITSM 7.0.03 patch 8 on Windows 2003
