Using the same ODBC program. I am able to run the reports (using the ARSystem ODBC Driver) from the CSM. I logged in as a user, loaded a Crystal Report definition, pointed it to the correct database driver and it ran fine. What I cannot do is run the reports from the ITSM application. Thank
