I have also tried mailto and unless you are real good formatting across
multiple mail platforms and smartphones it might not get you the results you
want. In any case, good luck

yes, we use PERFORM-ACTION-OPEN-URL and tried with New and current. The problem
is IE not ARS.
The dialog option is of course nice, but we tried
