: import Templates?

Without looking, I?m wondering if there?s another form that needs data in
order for them to show up. You might try turning on active link logging
and then going in and trying to open a template to see what it?s doing and
where it?s OK for its data.

surprise me if they're not
configured to fire on Merge, which is what would be necessary for that form to
get populated when you import templates.

Unfortunately, it's been a over a year ago, so I can't remember the

For the Remedy 7.1 environment we are in process of building, we have a
spreadsheet of template data (100+ records) that includes the data to
populate Incident Templates. In attempt to avoid manual entry of this
info via App Admin Console, we thought we'd try doing an import of this

Everyone,
I believe someone already posted some ITSM import templates on the list
recently, however, the attachment did not make it through to the digest.
Does anyone know who posted them and when ?
