Hello, For the Remedy 7.1 environment we are in process of building, we have a spreadsheet of template data (100+ records) that includes the data to populate Incident Templates. In attempt to avoid manual entry of this info via App Admin Console, we thought we'd try doing an import of this information into HPD:Template. So far, mixed results...... just wondering if anyone else has done this? And/or if anyone knows if this is just something that should NOT be attempted....... (needs to be done manually in App Admin).
